As single women, why do we think we have to put our lives on hold?
I want marriage for you if you want it for yourself, but that doesn’t mean you have to stop living. It doesn’t mean you have to stop striving to be the woman you dream of becoming or delay your hobbies, passions, or travel plans. Girl, you better get up and start living!

Being a single woman myself, I realized that I was staying busy, sometimes distracted, but not being intentional with my time. That’s why I created this handy-dandy guided journal—to help myself and women all over the world. The “He Who Finds Me” Journal is perfect for single Christian women desiring marriage but still wanting to live with purpose.

The title “He Who Finds Me” comes from the Bible verse, “Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord” (Proverbs 18:22, KJV). I want us all to be that good thing when we are found! So, let’s do the work now, because faith without works is… okay, alright. We have to prepare ourselves for the life we desire.

Since you’re still here, let’s dive into some of the benefits of the Journal:

An open journal with lined pages. On the left page, there's a prompt that reads: 'Consider the love languages of those around you. How can understanding and respecting the unique ways people give and receive love enhance your relationships, both now and in the future?' The right page is blank with horizontal lines for journaling.

Helps You Reflect on Your Relationship with God

Have you ever heard the phrase, “How can you submit to a man when you don’t even submit to God?” Whew, that’s real, lol. Having a solid relationship with God—no matter your relationship status—is crucial. God’s wisdom isn’t just essential for loving your enemies; it’s necessary for navigating every part of life, including your love life. God cares about every area of your existence. As the Bible says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and He will direct your path.” Heavy stuff, right? This journal will help you with that.

Build Better Habits

So, you want to be a wife someday? Start working on the habits that will help you be the best wife you can be when the time comes. Our future selves are a direct reflection of the habits we build today. Whether you get married or not, having strong, healthy habits is foundational for living a fulfilling life.

Be an Intentional Single Pringle

The last thing you want to do with your time as a single woman is waste it. This is your time to shine! Explore your passions, spend quality time with the people you love, be intentional about self-care, prioritize your mental health, build new skills, and set boundaries. Make every moment count. I know you’re asking yourself, ‘All of this from one journal?’ Yeah, girl!

Reflect on Your Goals and Dreams

You’re not just waiting—you’re preparing. There are prompts to help you reflect on your intentions, goals, and dreams, guiding you to live intentionally, pursue your God-given purpose, and become the woman you’re meant to be.

Alright, girl, go out there and be great! Start building the life you desire and work to become a woman of purpose. Prioritize your relationship with God, be intentional, form better habits, and stay locked in. Focus on becoming that good thing, before you are found.

Stay tuned for the upcoming HWFM series, where I’ll share some of the prompts and even my own personal journal entries.
